Weather Policy

We will make every effort to complete each season as scheduled, but we also acknowledge the unpredictable nature of weather. Our team will monitor the weather throughout the season.

Weather Conditions: Weather conditions often change between initial forecasts and class time. In case of light rain, we will play on. We will not play through unsafe conditions, including persistent heavy rain, lightning, or extreme heat. If our coaches determine that the weather has become unsafe during a session, they will make an on-field decision to end the session.

Communicating Changes: If sessions are canceled in advance due to weather conditions, we will communicate the cancellation via email, text, and social media 2 hours prior to class start. If no communication is received, sessions are on as scheduled. If our coaches make an on-field call to end the session, our team will reach out with a schedule update.

Reschedules: Up to two weather-related rescheduled sessions are offered for an 8-week season. One rescheduled session will be offered for seasons less than 8 weeks. Schedule updates will be communicated via email and added to the season calendar. If the rescheduled class is canceled, a further reschedule may not be possible due to facility availability.

If you are unable to attend a re-scheduled session, we are unable to offer additional refunds or credits.
